When Will my Order Ship?
When placing an order, it can take 2-7 days for the order to be processed. All rush orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. Any rush orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
My package Marks as deliver but can’t find items?
If your package is missing and nowhere to be found, you can reach out to us, and we will file a claim. The investigation can take up to 8 days or more. We won’t be able to refund until carriers comes back with the status of the claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not shipped out yet. You can reach out to info@danielcozy.com to cancel your order with your order number and name on the shipping address.
Can I make modifications to my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or adjusted.
I used incorrect address. How can I update it?
Address updates can be requested but are not guaranteed. We strongly suggest double checking information before submitting your order.
My package is being returned to Sender. What are the next steps?
Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, it will be refunded in full. We do not re-ship orders.
I received a damage product, what should I do?
E-mail us at info@danielcozy.com within 24-48 hours of delivery with detailed images of the product(s) in question and the packing/invoice slip.
How do I start a return?
You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on danielcozy.com Contact us : info@danielcozy.comOnce item is received and inspected at our facility, allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
